This app is very simple and quick designed on a weekday basis so you can easily keep track of what you did last Monday etc. This makes it easy to view daily progress through the weeks giving you a smaller view of your goal making it more attainable and less daunting than viewing a huge calendar and dreading all the work you need to do.
First start by choosing todays day of the week. Then while youre at the gym type in what muscle group youll be working on followed by the exercise name, the set number, the number of repetitions and the weight youll be doing for the first exercise youll be doing. Repeat this for each exercise and set within that exercise. To view previous workouts for that day just touch the banners that have that previous date on it.

Thursday - Rest Day
Friday - Shoulders Abdominal
Saturday - Rest Day
